The Client is a startup that aims to create a comprehensive platform for beauty professionals in Israel. The vision was to unite top-tier beauty professionals and provide a wide range of options for users who are looking for a beauty professional.

Business сhallenge
The key challenge was to create a platform that would unite beauty professionals who are carefully selected based on real reviews and provide a wide range of beauty professionals for the platform users. Clients should have a chance to book appointments online quickly and safely. Admin and Call Center should process any Clients’ requests and receive detailed reports about beauty professionals and Clients’ activity to improve the platform based only on real user behavior constantly. The platform should have an ecommerce module with products from beauty professionals and up-to-date design where customer loyalty tools will be implemented.
Our solution
At SumatoSoft, we developed a comprehensive platform called GLAMZ. It included a robust management system allowing each beauty professional to manage their services, schedule, and Client database effectively. The solution ensured full transparency between professionals and Clients with the help of a review and rating system. It was also empowered with features like electronic booking, customizable push and sms notifications, detailed analytics. Additionally, the platform was integrated with Google Calendar for efficient scheduling and offered native mobile applications for iOS and Android users, providing a seamless user experience.
Integration of ecommerce elements
One of the GLAMZ features was the integration of ecommerce elements which allow to sell a range of professional products for hair, face, and body care. This opportunity not only diversified the platform’s offerings but also played a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty through the use of promo codes and discounts on these products.
