Challenges and goals you’ll own

  • Utilizing the provided information (ICP, search criteria), compose messages tailored to the ICP;
  • Collaborate with database researchers in a team setting;
  • Monitor and verify database accuracy;
  • Initiate email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns;
  • Monitor campaign outcomes;
  • Engage in initial communication and qualification of leads;
  • Oversee CRM (Pipedrive) operations;
  • Enhance LinkedIn profiles with relevant content updates.

What we expect from you

  • Hard skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets;
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator;
    • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Lemlist, PhantomBuster, etc;
    • Proficiency in CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.
  • Soft skills:
    • Result-oriented mindset with a grasp of KPIs and their relevance;
    • Experience working in an IT outsourcing environment;
    • Driven by deadlines and quotas;
    • Ability to craft persuasive copies and conduct A/B testing;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Effective communication skills;
    • Persistence.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
