Challenges and goals you’ll own

• Plan, organize, and oversee QA activities on projects
• Perform Manual QA testing (Mobile – ReactNative and WEB) cross-browser, cross-platform (including
  mobile devices), functional, and acceptance testing
• Create and maintain test documentation: Test Plans, checklists, test cases, standards, and
  procedures to ensure sufficient test coverage
• Work independently as the only QA on a project or collaborate with another QA engineer
• Design, document, and implement test strategies and test cases
• Define and execute test strategies for different project phases
• Estimate effort and timelines for testing activities
• Analyze requirements and identify potential risks
• Track, analyze, and report on testing progress and results: in-sprint and regression testing status,
  testing results, and quality metrics
• Communicate with developers, project managers/product owners, and other team members

What we expect from you

Location: Poland (preferably Warsaw), Georgia (Tbilisi)

• About 3 years of QA expertise
• B1+ English Proficiency
• Clear understanding of manual QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in mobile testing (tools such as iTools, Android Studio, Xcode)
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile: Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency in test design techniques for building test models, test plans, and test cases
• Hands-on experience with API testing
• Practical knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation)
• Experience with bug and test tracking systems (Jira, Zephyr Scale, TestRail)
• Proficiency in Chrome DevTools and web debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, Burp Suite)
• Understanding of web technologies: client-server architecture, XML, CSS, HTML, HTTP

• Experience in automation/performance/security testing
