Challenges and goals you’ll own

• Manage the full project life cycle, from planning, requirements elicitation, and development to QA control, reporting, delivery, and support.
• Oversee one primary project while managing supporting activities in parallel, ensuring successful project completion.
• Participate in presale activities by gathering project information, creating WBS, estimating with the team, and presenting these estimates.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of company processes, ensuring alignment with changing business goals.
• Maintain a transparent and optimal process that meets client needs.

What we expect from you

Hard Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in project management with proven examples of successfully released projects.
• Proficiency in project management processes using Agile, Kanban, and other methodologies.
• Experience managing projects from start to completion, with a solid understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
• Ability to decompose requirements into tasks for development teams and work effectively with priorities.
• Experience in an outsourcing environment across various domains and team sizes.
• Experience with gathering and mapping requirements as a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and client-focused approach with a strong ability to align project processes with business goals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in daily communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to transition easily from high-level strategic questions to detailed project specifics.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Aspiration for learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

English Proficiency:

• Advanced level of English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
